How to make Quinoa & Avocado Salad
1. Prepare the quinoa, as directed on the package.
2. Slice the avocado and pepper then with the spinach mix with the cooked quinoa.
3. Combine all the oil, lemon juice, Herbamare® and pepper to make the dressing and drizzle over the quinoa salad. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad, this is optional.
4. Garnish with cilantro.
